EMS which is headed up by Philip Dilworth and Pat Duke was established 28 years ago. During this period the company has developed its total solutions strategy for its customers by aquirring a comprehensive portfolio of brands and Products which are held on a national importer basis.

This portfolio includes, Doosan Tracked Excavators from 1.5Ton up to 52Ton, Doosan Wheeled Loaders from 2cu.m to 5cu.m, Doosan Wheeled Excavators from 12ton up to 20ton, Doosan Skid Steers, Bell Articulated Dump Trucks from 18 ton payload to 50 ton payload, Atlas Copco Rockbreakers to suit carriers from .75 ton up to 120 ton, Wacker Neuson Site Dumpers from 1 Ton to 10 ton, Wacker Neuson Mini Excavators from .9 ton up to 12 ton, Ingersoll Rand Compaction Rollers from 1.5 ton 20ton, Ingersoll Rand Compressors , Generators and Lighting Towers, Terex Backhoes and Telehandlers and Weber Compaction Plates.

This Broad product range sees EMS active in the full spectrum of applications and market sectors within the industry. In short the company endeavours to satisfy the need of our customers whatever their requirement maybe.

EMS as a company has enjoyed dramatic growth since our establishment. The company now employs 55 people and turnsover €35m per annum in capital sales, service and spare parts. An integral part of the success of the company has been the provision of prompt and professional aftercare in service and spare parts.

In an endeavour to bring our aftercare closer to our customers EMS has broadened its national foot print in the establishment of 2 additional branches in the Republic of Ireland.
EMS Cork was established in 2000 and EMS Roscommon in 2007. Both branches are fully operational with full stores, workshop and sales facilities.

Embankment Machinery Hire (EMH) established in 2001 is now a growing part of the EMS group. Short , Medium and Long Term hire of Excavators, Rockbreakers, Articulated Dump Trucks, Rollers, Site Dumpers, Compressors and Generators broadens the service further still that we can offer to our customers.

While EMS has quite a comprehensive product range it is the policy of the company to continually explore new products and markets which will allow us to continue to satisfy the ever evolving needs of our customer base.
